At just 11 years of age Shari has represented the Darling Downs at the State Championships in the sports of Aquathlon, Cross Country and Swimming. She has also qualified for West Zone Athletics in the 100m, 200m, 800m and long jump and represented West Zone for Touch. |

William represented the Darling Downs at the Queensland Schools Hockey Championships held at Cairns in May and from his performance at these championships was named in the Queensland Under 16 Schoolboys Merit Team. |

At the Australian Age Swimming Championships, Sienna won the bronze medal in the Girls 15 years 1500m freestyle. At this event she qualified for seven events including the 800m freestyle where she came 4th, and also placed 6th in the 400m freestyle. |

Oliver competed in the Queensland Gravity Enduro Series in the Under 15 division. He placed 1st at the first two events and will travel to Rockhampton in July for the third and final race of the series. |

At the Australian Open Swimming Championships Jordan swam in the 17-18 years age classification where she won the gold medal in the 100m Backstroke and silver in the 50m Backstroke and 200m Backstroke. Jordan has been invited to join the Australian Flippers Squad and short listed for a team to tour New Zealand. |

Belinda competed at the Australian Athletics Open Championships in the long jump and 400m. In the long jump her first jump was a pb with 3.79m jump coming 8th in Australia and 2nd in her classification F20. In the 400m she came 7th after calculating classifications. Belinda competed in these championships with a broken finger which happened 3 weeks prior. |

Emma competed as a member of the Darling Downs Schools Swimming team at the Queensland School Sport Swimming Championships where she won the bronze medal in the 100m Butterfly. This performance secured her a spot on the Queensland Schools Swimming team. |

At the age of 16 Ben was selected in the Australian Touch Football Under 18 Men’s team. The team played in a trans-tasman series against New Zealand and won the series 3-0. Ben has also represented Queensland for Touch twice through school sport. |
