At the IFMA Royal World Muay Thai Kick Boxing Championships held in Bangkok in August, Brandon won the gold medal in the 63.5kg division, making him the Junior World Champion. At the closing ceremony of the championships, Brandon also received an award for the best boxer in the Australian team out of 53 fighters. |

Amalgamated Pest Control Incentive Award |   | Emma Meyer |   | Athletics | Emma won a gold medal in the 17 years High Jump at the International Down Under Athletics Championships held on the Gold Coast in July. From her performance at the Darling Downs Track & Field Championships, she has been selected to represent the Region in five events at the Queensland All Schools Track & Fields Championships. |

Central Jewellers Incentive Award |   | Samantha Lenton |   | Athletics | Competing against over 400 competitors (270 of which came from the USA alone) at the International Down Under Athletics Championships held at the Gold Coast, Samantha won the gold medal in the Under 18 Women’s Shotput with a throw of 14.14m and a gold in the Discus with a throw of 44.30m, and threw a personal best in the Under 18 Women’s Hammer, winning the bronze medal with a throw of 52.45m. |

McConachie Stedman Incentive Award |   | Georgia Hendy |   | Indoor Cricket | Georgia was Vice-Captain of the Queensland Under 18 Girls Indoor Cricket Team which competed at the National Titles in Brisbane. From her performance at these championships, she was selected in the Under 18 Girls Australian A Indoor Cricket Team. She is also a member of the Under 18 Girls Queensland Cricket Team. |

At the Queensland Jiu Jitsu Championships, Kahn won gold in both the 62-65 kg 15 years Gi division and the 62.5kg 15 years No Gi division. Two weeks after competing at the State Titles, he travelled to Los Angeles to represent Australia at the Kids World Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships where he won silver in the 63kg 14 years No Gi division and bronze in the 65kg 14 years Gi division. |

Hamish was selected in the Queensland Under 17 & Under 19 Development Squad Cricket teams to compete in the Carbine Cup Cricket Exchange against NSW on the Sunshine Coast. He was also selected in the Queensland Schoolboys Rugby Union Team to compete at the Australian Schools Rugby Championships in Sydney in July. |

In August, Max represented Australia at the Under Water Hockey World Championships held in Spain. Max was the only Queensland player in the Australian Under 19 team. Earlier in the year, Max captained the Queensland Under 19 Under Water Hockey Team to finish 3rd at the Australian Championships. |

Wilsonton Betta Home Living Incentive Award |   | Braydon Elliott |   | Shooting | After working to qualify over the past two years, Braydon represented Australia as a Junior at the World Rimfire and Air Rifle Bench Rest Federation Championships in Belmont, Brisbane. |

The Athletes Foot Incentive Award |   | Nathan Appleton |   | Lawn Bowls | Nathan competed at the Australian Open Lawn Bowls Championships on the Gold Coast where he went on to win the Bowler with Disability Australian Open Singles for the third year in a row. Nathan also competed in the Multi-Disability Pairs in which he came 2nd, only going down on the last end by two. |

Toowoomba Carpet Court Incentive Award |   | Chloe Kerwick |   | Weightlifting | After competing in only three events since taking up weightlifting, Chloe won a silver medal at the Queensland Weightlifting Championships and was selected to represent Queensland at the National Weightlifting Championships in Melbourne. At these championships, Chloe won the bronze medal in the Under 20 age division, lifting a total of 132kg. |

Hip Pocket Workwear Incentive Awards |   | Jimmy Gordon |   | Athletics | Jimmy is currently No. 1 in Australia in the Under 19 age group for Discus. At the Australian Junior Athletics Championships, he placed 2nd in the Under 20 age group to Matt Denny (who is a year older than Jimmy), and 3rd in the Under 20 Shotput. From these performances, he has been selected in the Australian Athletics Under 19 talent squad to attend the AIS in September and January. |

Holmes Smash Repairs Speedliner Incentive Award |   | Christopher Brackin |   | Amateur Boxing | In August, Christopher won his 3rd consecutive Australian Golden Gloves Championship. His next fight will be in Toowoomba at the end of October when, as team captain of 9 other amateur boxers, he will contest for the Braydon Smith Memorial Shield. |

The Apprenticeship Company Incentive Award |   | Tatum Stewart |   | Hockey | Tatum captained the Toowoomba Under 13 Girls Hockey team to beat Brisbane in a penalty shootout and ultimately win the Queensland Championship. From her performance at these championships, she was named player of the final and was selected in the Queensland Under 13 Girls Hockey team. |

Bri, as striker, scored the two goals in the final and was named Player of the Tournament, and was rewarded for her performance by being selected in the Queensland Embers Hockey Team. |
