Quarterly Incentive Awards for January - March 2015
           
Amalgamated Pest Control Incentive Award   Tom Burns   Athletics Tom won the bronze medal in the Under 14 Mens 200m with a time of 27.41 sec at the Queensland Junior Athletics Championships held in Brisbane. At the Australian Age Championships held in Sydney in March, Tom won a bronze medal in the Under 14 Mens 4x100m Relay.
           
Central Jewellers Incentive Award   Mikaela Ribot de Bresac   Futsal Mikaela has been selected in the Australian Futsal Team to tour Brazil in November/December, 2015.
           
McConachie Stedman Incentive Award   Scott Trevena   Athletics Scott won the gold medal in the Under 17 Mens Shotput at the Australian Junior Athletics Championships held in Sydney with a throw of 15.33m.
           
Rebel Sport Incentive Award   Lily Burns   Athletics At the Queensland Junior Athletics Championships Lily won gold in the Under 14 Womens 200m and 400m and silver in the 100m. She followed this at the Australian Age Championships with a gold medal in the Under 14, 400m and a silver in the Under 14, 4x100m Relay.
           
Clive Berghofer Land Sales Incentive Award   Braydon Elliott   Shooting Braydon has been selected to compete with the Australian Team in the Rimfire and Air Rifle Benchrest World Cup Championships to be held in Brisbane in July/August, 2015. He is competing in the discipline of Sporter as one of a team of three representing Queensland.
           
The City Golf Club Incentive Award   Samantha Lenton   Athletics Samantha won the gold medal in the Under 17 Womens Discus and Shotput, and a silver in the Hammer, at the Queensland Junior Athletics Championships. At the Australian Junior championships, she won the gold in the Under 17 Womens Discus, and silver in the Shotput and Hammer.
           
    Rebecca Welke   Swimming Rebecca won gold medals in the Open Womens 50m Breaststroke and 17-18 Years Womens 50m Breaststroke at the Swimming Queensland State Sprint Championships. At these championships she was also awarded the ‘Country Swimmer of the Meet’ Award from Swimming Queensland. She will represent Queensland in the 50m Breaststroke at the Australian Open Swimming Championships and in the 100m Breaststroke at the Australian Age Championships, both being held during April.
           
Geiger Civil and Electrical Incentive Award   Ashleigh Kearney   Touch Ashleigh has been selected in the Queensland Stingray Touch Team to compete in the National Touch Tournament in March.
           
Cooper's Joinery Incentive Award   Nicole Maynard   Athletics At the Queensland Heptathlon Championships, Nicole won the gold medal in the Under 20 Womens Heptathlon, and at the Australian Heptathlon Championships she won the silver medal in the Under 20 Heptathlon. At the Queensland Junior Athletics Championships she won gold medals in the Under 20 Womens 400m Hurdles, Long Jump & Triple Jump and a silver in the 100m Hurdles. At the Australian Age Championships she won a bronze medal in the Under 20, 400m hurdles and was placed equal 3rd in the Under 20 Long Jump, losing the Bronze medal on a count back.
           
Wilsonton Betta Home Living Incentive Award   Patrick Ruane   Swimming Patrick won the Mens 16 years 50m Butterfly at the Swimming Queensland State Sprints Championships held at Chandler in February, making him the Queensland champion for this event.
           
The Athletes Foot Incentive Award   Johannah Goschnick   Hockey Johannah has been selected in the Queensland Under 15 Womens Hockey Team to contest the National Titles at the Gold Coast in April. She has also been selected in the Toowoomba Open Womens Hockey Team to compete in the Queensland Championships at the end of April. At just 15 she is the youngest player selected for this team.
           
Toowoomba Carpet Court Incentive Award   Kellie Clarke   Triathlon In March Kellie competed at the 2015 International Triathlon Union World Series Triathlon in Auckland, New Zealand, where she won the bronze medal in the Open Women’s Super Sprint Distance Triathlon.
           
    Katie Wollstein   Hockey Katie has been selected in the Queensland Under 18 Womens Hockey Team to compete at the Australian Womens Hockey Championships to be held in Adelaide in April.
           
Stonestreets Coaches Incentive Award   Heinreich Hollander   Futsal Heinrich has been selected in the Australasian Futsal Team to compete in an international tournament in the United Kingdom in 2015.
           
Hip Pocket Workwear Incentive Awards   Matthew Thompson   Darts At the Australian Darts Junior Championships held in January at Ipswich, Matthew, with his other three team mates won the Youth Fours Championship undefeated. He was a semi finalist in the doubles and mixed doubles and a quarter finalist in the Singles. Overall he came 4th in the Averages with an average score of 20.914.
           
    Ben Bouchereau   Powerlifting At the Queensland Powerlifting State Championships Ben finished with lifts of 217.5kg in the Squat, 135kg in the benchpress and 215kg in the deadlift. This equated to a 567.5kg total and secured him 2nd place in the Open Mens 67.5kg division. This is an outstanding effort after having to miss the 2014 season because of injury.
           
Holmes Smash Repairs Speedliner Incentive Award   Louis Sakrzewski-Hetherington   Athletics Louis won the gold medal in the Under 14 Mens Hammer Throw, and silver medal in the Under 14 Mens Discus, at the Queensland Junior Athletics Championships. He followed this up with a silver in the Under 14 Mens Hammer with a throw of 36.91m and came 4th in the Under 14 Mens Discus at the Australian Junior Championships.
           
The Apprenticeship Company Incentive Award   Quinnton Croker   Golf Queensland Golf selected Quinnton to be the 12 year old Queensland male representative to play the State of Origin against the Jack Newton Golf Foundation at Newcastle in January. Quinn won three of his four matchplays against NSW, the best results in the Queensland team. Quinn has improved his GA handicap by two shots since 1st January from 10.5 to 8.5.
